The practice

Ali Asgar & Associates was founded by Engineer Md. Ali Asgar as a structural consulting firm, set up to bring careful design thinking and a wide range of consulting services to building projects in Bangladesh. The office brings together structural engineers, architects, diploma engineers and CAD staff.
Its work covers private residences, apartment buildings, industrial, commercial and institutional buildings, hotels and hospitals. The firm has also carried out Detail Engineering Assessments (DEA) of existing ready-made garment factories in response to Accord and Alliance requirements.
